Caponata serves well at parties on a variety of crackers (usually chilled is best), Italian or French bread (warmed is best), and either way, topped with goat cheese, even better! Served with salad, in a salad, over pasta, coupled with eggs on an omelet, pureed over polenta, or baked in a pastry shell, are all ways this product spells "delicious"! Many people combine it with meats and seafood, from stuffing pork loins to topping burgers and fish. Our four products are : CAPONATA, CAPONATA WITH ARTICHOKE, SPICY CAPONATA AND SMOKED EGGPLANT BRUSCHETTA. Each product comes with a "Hang Tag" explaining some of it's many uses as either an APPETIZER, MAIN DISH, or an ACCOMPANIMENT to a main meal. |
